My concert connection isn't strong – help me watch the show without interruption!

How can I access the show on a different device?
- To access the show on a different device, ensure that you're using the same email address you used to claim your ticket when signing into your profile.
- Once you are signed in to your account, you will have the ability to watch the show from your desired device.
