If your show has been cancelled, you will automatically receive a refund onto your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days from when we issue refunds for them to post back to your bank account. As Mandolin doesn't ticket every show on our platform, if you registered or purchased a ticket from another source you will have to reach out to your point of purchase to request a refund.
If your show has otherwise been postponed or rescheduled, you will be notified via email as soon as we receive confirmation from the artist team. Should you need additional accommodations after that point, please reach out to help@mandolin.com and we will do our best to assist.
