We recommend first checking to make sure the show is not muted. Please hover over the video player and select/deselect the audio icon in the bottom left corner to mute and unmute your show audio.
If this doesn't help, we suggest you ensure your audio output is configured correctly on your device.
For Mac, go to System Preferences -> Sound -> Output. Whether the sound output is coming from your internal/external speakers, headphones, or bluetooth device, you can toggle your settings and output volume here.
For Windows, you can locate the audio icon in the bottom right corner of your screen. Click on Playback Devices to pull up your connected outputs and toggle your properties from there. If you need further troubleshooting, go to Start -> Device Manager -> Sound, view and game controllers.
