Will the livestream tickets sell out?
You can buy Live at the Ryman livestream show tickets at any time, up until the end of each show. With rare exceptions, there are generally no limits placed on the number of people who can watch the livestream. Please contact rymanhelp@mandolin.com if you have questions about the availability of tickets for a particular livestream.
Note that VIP / Meet & Greet experiences, when available, have a limited capacity, and therefore a limited number of tickets available.
What if I miss the livestream show I purchased tickets to watch?
Live at the Ryman shows do not offer replay windows following the livestream. Please contact rymanhelp@mandolin.com for questions or concerns regarding replays.
When will my merchandise be shipped?
Hatch Show Prints, when available, will be shipped approximately one week after the event takes place.
Shipping times may vary on other merch items. If you have questions about specific items you have ordered, please email rymanhelp@mandolin.com.
When will I receive my VIP/Q&A information?
You will receive your Q&A information no later than the day of the show. If you haven't received it, please email rymanhelp@mandolin.com.
