Who hasn't ever forgotten their password? If you have an existing Mandolin account created with an email/password combination and forgot your password, enter your email address in the respective box. Hit Continue or ENTER/RETURN to move onto the password step. Where you normally enter your password, hit Forgot password to move into the password reset screen.
Once there, enter your email address in the appropriate box. Once hit hit ENTER/RETURN or Submit, you will receive the following message confirming an email has been sent:
If you don't receive a reset password email in a timely manner, be sure it didn't end up in your spam/junk folder. If it didn't arrive, please email help@mandolin.com and we will look into the issue.
