The following tips can help solve for any combination of audio, video, or internet interruptions you may encounter during your streaming experience.
Computer
1. Ensure your network supports streaming.
- Some networks carry limited speed, which may hinder your streaming experience. If you have a satellite internet connection, we suggest connecting to a different network if available.
2. Restart your computer.
3. Restart your home network.
- Restart your home network if necessary. Once you exit Mandolin and turn your computer off, unplug your modem for at least 30 seconds. Afterwards, plug it back in and wait for the lights to indicate that is functional again.
4. Improve your WiFi signal.
- The simplest way to do this would be to move your router to a different place in your household, preferably in a central location. The closer to your desktop/laptop computer, and the more elevated your router is off the floor, the better.
- Connecting to a mobile hotspot could be an alternate solution to ensure a better connection.
5. Connect your computer directly into your modem.
- With a direct connection into your modem, this would possibly bypass any issues with your wireless connection. If you're able to, plug your desktop/laptop computer directly into your modem via an Ethernet cable.
6. Close out of extra tabs/windows that may be taking up extra energy.

9. Power off other devices connected to your home network.
Smartphone/tablet
