How do I purchase tickets?
Single day livestream passes, multi-day livestream passes, and merch bundles are available at https://boxoffice.mandolin.com/pages/telluride-bluegrass. Once you locate the selection you want, hit BROWSE TICKETS to review purchase details and add to your cart.
Please note that Mandolin is only selling tickets for the livestream experience, not in-person attendance. Those tickets can be purchased through https://wl.seetickets.us/planetbluegrass.
How do I see the lineup for each day of the festival?
You can view the single day lineups including set times (in Mountain Time) on the following page: https://bluegrass.com/telluride/lineup/main-stage-schedule
Please note that the scheduled artists are subject to change at any time up until the festival, without notice.
I already purchased my livestream tickets. How do I watch the livestream?
You will receive an email from Mandolin by June 9th with detailed instructions regarding how to access the livestream events along with anything else you will need to know in order to get the most out of your virtual experiences. If you don't receive an email, please double check that you used the proper address when making your purchase.
Please note you will have to use the same email address when purchasing your tickets to access the livestream festival.
I bought a bundle that included merchandise. When will my merchandise ship?
All livestream merchandise items will be shipped about 30 days after the conclusion of the festival. You will receive tracking information once the items ship..
What if I can't tune in live? Will there be replay access?
Each festival day will be a one-time only live broadcast with no replay access. Once the schedule is released, we will make sure all buyers are notified so that you can plan accordingly to make sure you don't miss your favorite acts!
Since there will be no replay access, we suggest before tuning in to ensure your internet and technical settings are in working order, so you're able to enjoy the festivities in full!
What if I bought a single day ticket and want to exchange for a different day?
Mandolin is more than happy to review and accommodate exchanges wherever possible. If this applies to you, reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we'll be happy to transfer your single-day admission to your desired date.
What if I bought a single day, weekend or full festival pass, but want to exchange for another experience?
While we are unable to amend an existing order, if you place a new order for your desired package we can cancel your original order right away. Just reach out to email@example.com with your order number and a cancellation request so we can review and process for you.
